Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note that processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, Rewild Co. does not offer international shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Rewild Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Rewild Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue
