Refund Policy — Rewild Co.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, skincare and beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
If you change your mind about your purchase, eligible items may be refunded under the following conditions:
- Products were purchased directly through Rewild Co.
- Products are unopened and unused
- Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Rewild Co. reserves the right to deny refunds on used products due to hygiene standards and the integrity of our ingredients.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or faulty item
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
